What you will do

Analyze SAP system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize and enhance business processes using SAP functionalities.
Investigate and resolve complex SAP issues with a data-driven approach.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align SAP solutions with operational needs.
Participate in system testing, implementation of new functionalities, and documentation updates.

What we are looking for

Experience: 2+ years in SAP maintenance, especially in production environments.
Technical skills: Knowledge of SAP modules (PP, MM, WM, SD, QM, FI, CO preferred), basic ABAP understanding, and SAP integration knowledge.
Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve business processes.
Communication: Ability to work with stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and train end-users
Language: Polish (C2) and English (B2)
