This role will be for our client in the pharmaceutical industry. You can work remotely, but it will also be possible to visit our client's office in Madrid.

As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving change initiatives across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and business strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to develop and implement change management plans that support our company's growth and transformation

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance
Conduct impact analyses and assess organizational readiness for change
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align and communicate change initiatives effectively
Design and implement training programs, workshops, and engagement activities
Monitor progress, analyze feedback, and adjust strategies to optimize success

Qualifications & Skills

3 years of proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is desirable
Fluency in English is a must
