Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Webmaster to manage, maintain, and optimize our websites and ensure a seamless digital user experience for our clients and partners. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and marketing insight to enhance our online presence and support business goals.

The ideal candidate is a proficient WordPress developer with a deep understanding of custom development, DNS/hosting management, multilingual content and performance optimization. Familiarity with HubSpot is a must, as the role involves template development for landing pages and blogs in addition to marketing automation workflows, lead generation forms, and analytics tools.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Website Development, Maintenance & Optimization
• Manage the day-to-day operation and health of the WordPress website, ensuring uptime, functionality, and security
• Regularly update and plugins, themes, and the WordPress core to avoid vulnerabilities.
• Conduct website performance audits, optimizing for fast load speeds, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain content in multiple languages using WPML
• Develop, modify, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
• Implement advanced customizations using PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to support marketing campaigns and content strategies.

• Marketing Integration & Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and update landing pages, forms, and website content that align with campaign objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration between WordPress and HubSpot, including CRM, lead capture, and email marketing workflows.
• Collaborate on A/B testing strategies and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements.
• Optimize on-page SEO, including meta tags, structured data, and internal linking.
• Monitor and report on website performance, user behavior, and traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity analytics.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.

• Compliance and Best Practices
• Ensure the website meets all regulatory and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA compliance).
• Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity across all digital assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Proven experience as a webmaster or similar role focused on WordPress development and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in custom WordPress development, including PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Expertise in optimizing website performance and load times (e.g., caching, image compression, and CDN management).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including landing pages, blog templating, forms, and analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Yoast SEO, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics).
• Understanding of web hosting environments, DNS management, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Extensive desk-based work involving prolonged periods using a computer and sitting for extended periods
