Job description

We are seeking a Senior Azure Platform Support DevOps to join our client’s project. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in Azure DevOps technologies, methodologies, and supporting frameworks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, deployment, and support of a new cloud service. This is a long-term contract role (10+ months) with full remote flexibility across the EU.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Azure DevOps pipelines and automation frameworks to ensure seamless deployment and operations.
  • Provide expert-level support for Azure DevOps, including Jenkins, Rancher, and monitoring solutions.
  • Implement and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerization tools (Podman/Docker).
  • Configure and maintain networking setups and firewall security within the Azure environment.
  • Ensure successful delivery and support of project deployments on Azure Cloud.
  • Work with Linux RHEL to support cloud infrastructure and optimize performance.
  • Utilize Git for version control and JIRA for task management and project tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize DevOps processes.

  • Azure DevOps Pipelines & Automation – Expert
  • Azure DevOps (Jenkins, Rancher, Monitoring) – Intermediate
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) – Intermediate
  • Containerization & Configuration (Podman/Docker) – Intermediate
  • Networking & Firewall Configuration – Intermediate
  • Linux RHEL – Intermediate
  • Git & JIRA Usage – Basic
  • Virtualization & Tools – Basic


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • German Language (Any Level)
  • Windows Server (Basic Knowledge)
  • Experience in Application Support
