Matching Manager

[REMOTE] | [FULL-TIME]

At Tech To The Rescue we're looking for a highly dynamic Matching Manager to create strong partnerships between the Nonprofit Organizations and Tech Companies, enabling impactful projects to happen. Our mission is that every tech company in the world inserts pro-bono as part of their business strategy and works on at least one project per year!

We match nonprofit organizations that have great tech projects in mind, with tech companies that can support them in developing those projects on a pro-bono or low-bono basis.

We're looking for people that are persistent, proactive, goal-oriented with great account management skills, and fundamental understanding of the tech industry. You will be mostly working with tech companies exploring their business goals, interests and causes that drive their mission to connect them with the right impactful project.

Your Responsibilities

• Onboard and consult tech companies about engaging on pro-bono opportunities;
• Establish great relationship with registered companies to understand their goals, long-term vision, and explore how pro-bono can be inserted into their business strategy;
• Run “client” interview sessions with tech companies to understand ways of engaging on a pro-bono collaboration;
• Verify impactful projects coming from nonprofits by assessing the scope, feasibility, and other criteria that are key for pitching them to companies;
• Match leaders of impactful non-profit organizations with professional tech teams to build solutions to help solve some of the world's most pressing issues;
• Facilitate the communication between nonprofits and tech companies to determine why and what solutions are needed;
• Conduct ''Matching Meetings'' to gather tech needs and priorities in order to facilitate the match between the nonprofit and the tech company;
• Communicate key insights and findings to the rest of Tech To The Rescue team working on the matching process;
• Ensure that the most impactful projects are being initiated, collecting stories after they are implemented.
  
  

Your Skills & Experience

MUST HAVE

• You’re a natural bridge-builder who can easily develop high-trust relationships with a broad spectrum of community members;
• You thrive in ambiguity and are at home in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment;
• You are an exceptional communicator and listener, who can get to the heart of the issue and identify the right path forward;
• You can easily “connect the dots” – once you understand the potential need:
• We have about 1200 companies with various specialities and skills – you’d help identify which companies can provide specific services so that we can introduce both sides;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken – all of our communication is in English at the moment);
• Great selling and account management skills;
• General knowledge of the phases of Product and Software Development;
• Have previous experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, Account Management, Partnerships and/or B2B Sales.
  

GOOD TO HAVE

• Knowledge and/or experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI For Good is a plus);
• Experience working with digital transformation and in the nonprofit sector;
• Experience working in agile environments;
• Fluency in another language (Polish, Ukrainian, Spanish or French are a plus).
  
  

Salary: 11000-13500 PLN gross monthly (on B2B*, depending on experience)

• IMPORTANT: Currently we’re offering a 1-year-long collaboration (covering for a maternity leave) with a possibility to extend it.
