📍Location: remote from Europe.

Joining the Scalac team as a Kotlin Engineer, you’ll become part of a project in the mobility industry.

Must-haves In The Technology Stack

Proficient in Kotlin and Java
In-depth understanding of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other databases
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, event processing, and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems is expected

Advanced level English, as you'll be working with international teams.

Salary

20-24k net/month on B2B (or equivalent currency in USD/EUR)

Compensation is based on your experience and skills, with growth opportunities as you develop. We ensure transparency through regular discussions. For candidates in Poland, an employment contract is available.

Recruitment Process

Discovery talk with HR (about 30 min.).
Technical talk with Scalac's developer (about an hour).
Call with the client (about an hour).
Final talk with CEO (about 30 min.).
