By joining Scalac, you’ll be part of our client's project, which is a leading technology company specializing in blockchain research and development. This role offers a great opportunity to expand your mobile development skills while shaping an innovative and evolving product.

As a Mobile Software Engineer, you'll collaborate in an agile team to develop high-quality mobile applications. Your main focus will be driving the transition of a digital wallet to a mobile-first platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Must-haves In The Technology Stack

3+ years of experience in mobile development with a track record of delivering iOS and Android applications.
Hands-on experience in the blockchain domain.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative development.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices, including secure API integration and data protection.
Experience in optimizing mobile app performance for responsiveness and scalability.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team across different time zones.

Mobile Development: Contribute to building, testing, and optimizing iOS and Android apps using React Native.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly within agile, cross-functional teams, fostering open communication and problem-solving.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks for a smooth user experience.

Salary

17 000 to 24 000 PLN net/month on B2B (or equivalent currency in USD/EUR)

The compensation will depend on your experience and skill set, with opportunities for growth as you develop. You can expect regular, open discussions to ensure transparency. For candidates in Poland, an employment contract option is also available.

Recruitment Process

Discovery talk with HR (about 30 min.).
Technical talk with our developer (about an hour).
Call with the client (about 30 min.)
Final talk with CEO (about 30 min.).
