📍Location: remote from Europe.

Joining the Scalac team as a Fullstack Developer with Kotlin and React, you’ll become part of a project that focuses on developing the mobility industry by offering corporate clients advanced solutions for mobility and travel cost management.

Must-haves In The Technology Stack

Frontend

Proficient in React and TypeScript
Deep understanding of the React ecosystem
Strong knowledge of CSS and libraries like styled-components
Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack)
Experience with state management (Context API, Redux)

Backend

Proficient in Kotlin and Java
In-depth understanding of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, event processing, and messaging

systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems is a plus

Salary

18-22k PLN net/month on B2B (or equivalent currency in USD/EUR)

Compensation is based on your experience and skills, with growth opportunities as you develop. We ensure transparency through regular discussions. For candidates in Poland, an employment contract is available.

Recruitment Process

Discovery talk with HR (about 30 min.).
Technical talk with Scalac's developer (about an hour).
Call with the client (about an hour).
Final talk with CEO (about 30 min.).

Required profile
