Position Overview

As a Web Developer, youll take ownership of managing and optimizing the company website. While experience with Webflow is a plus, our client is looking for a skilled web developer with front-end development expertise who can quickly learn and navigate Webflow or other modern web development platforms. You will leverage your UI/UX and SEO expertise to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven developer passionate about growth, optimization, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Oversee and optimize the company website, ensuring smooth functionality, regular updates, and continuous improvements.
Landing Page Development: Design, build, and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and conversion optimization.
Growth Experiments: Run and analyze growth experiments across all online platforms to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.
Drive Traffic to Free Tools: Focus on improving user engagement and conversion rates on various company-owned platforms.
UI/UX Design: Work with the design and product teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that support business goals.
Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and growth teams to align on priorities, execute web-related projects, and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

Technical Skills: Advanced front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Webflow is a plus, but candidates with strong web development skills who can learn Webflow quickly are encouraged to apply.
UI/UX Experience: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and development.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze web performance data and make informed decisions to enhance the user experience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Bonus if you have experience with SEO to help optimize pages and drive traffic.
Collaborative Attitude: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working with stakeholders across the company.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
