Social Media Account Agent (Remote, LATAM)

We are seeking a Social Media Account Agent to work with one of our clients, a full-service remodeling company specializing in creating functional, sustainable, and beautiful spaces. This is a fully remote opportunity for LATAM-based professionals with strong communication skills and a high level of English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management: Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, ensuring consistent and professional representation of the brand.
Audience Engagement: Connect with relevant audiences, engage with followers, and build meaningful relationships.
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads on LinkedIn, initiate conversations, and schedule appointments.
Content Development: Collaborate with the client to create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform.
Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor engagement, lead generation, and other metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
High-level English proficiency, capable of creating content and communicating with English-speaking stakeholders.
Strong understanding of social media strategies for brand growth and lead generation.
Ability to create platform-specific strategies and execute existing plans.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

Work Schedule

5 days per week with flexibility to adapt to priorities as needed.

Compensation

Base pay: $1,400$2,000 USD per month, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and other KPIs.
