As our Talent Partner, you’ll drive the top-of-funnel recruitment process—filling our pipeline with strong candidates and ensuring a seamless experience.


  1. 🎯 Sourcing & Outreach – Proactively search for top talent, build strong pipelines, and attract diverse candidates.
  2. 📄 Screening & Evaluations – Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct initial interviews.
  3. 💬 Candidate Experience & Communication – Keep candidates informed, answer questions, and ensure a positive hiring experience.
  4. 📊 Data Management & Reporting – Maintain organized records, format Google Sheets, and help track key recruitment metrics.
  5. Process Optimization – Identify ways to improve workflows, tools, and strategies to make recruitment faster and smarter.


What We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers 💡)


  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, and interviewing).
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level) – Clear and professional communication is key.
  • People-Person – You love interacting with candidates and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Strong Screening Skills – You can quickly evaluate candidates and spot great talent.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – You keep things structured, accurate, and running smoothly.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
  • Proactive & Reliable – You take initiative, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • LATAM Recruiting Experience – Bonus if you’ve recruited for English-speaking roles in LATAM.
