Manage, lead & drive risk awareness/assessment, health & safety operational excellence and behavioral changes across AMDS with key focused in leadership & culture.
Actively engage with AMDS sites through regular meetings, visits, field observations, audits, inspections, reporting analysis and improvement plans.
Design & provide training/workshops/coaching sessions, as well as regular reporting to Corporate AMDS.
Prepare and present a weekly situation update (with analysis and recommendations).
Define recommendations and drive performance improvement for optimal site implementation with our leaders and partners.
Be the contact expert for our Business Divisions to define priorities and solutions.
Contribute on our KPIs reporting system.
Ensure sharing all relevant Benchmarks and REXs with the AMDS Health and Safety community and Management, when necessary.
Any other activities as may from time to time be required by management to improve Health and Safety strategy, goals & expectations.
Profile
You bring a Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering/physics/chemistry (between others).
Master’s degree in Health & Safety from a leading school is a key asset or equivalent experience gained by working.
Field and result oriented
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work with people at all levels of the organization.
Excellent written communication and writing skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving and active listening skills.
An eye for details
Ability to motivate people to change their behavior.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong facilitator with experience of delivering H&S training sessions, coaching
Experience of working as part of a diverse and remote Team
Experience in safety, behavioral psychology, operational risks and lean manufacturing.
Ability to navigate IT tools.
You are fluent in French and English. Any additional language will be considerate as a plus

your focus will be on our different sites located in France
