About us:

G-SPACE STUDIO LTD is a European game development studio. Our company has been developing games and applications since 2011. We work with partners from Europe, Canada, and the USA.

We started as a small team of indie Flash game developers, and now we are a solid studio of game development veterans. We love games and know almost everything about them. We are developing high-quality products of varying complexity, such as MMORPG, AR / VR games, and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient C++ code for gameplay systems and mechanics.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and programmers to implement new features.
  • Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Profile and optimize systems to enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in C++ programming.
  • 2+ years of experience developing multiplayer games.
  • Proficiency with Perforce (P4) and Swarm for version control.
  • Experience conducting and participating in code reviews.
  • Strong profiling skills using Unreal’s Stats system and Unreal Insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with P4 and Swarm;
  • Understanding of basic microservice architecture.
  • Experience with Unreal Game Sync (UGS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with third-party profilers (e.g., Visual Studio Profiler).

Working conditions:

  • Remote work from any location globally, with flexible hours.
  • 8-hour workday tailored to your routine.
  • Salary based on experience, with regular reviews to stay competitive.
  • Benefits include paid sick leave, vacations, and holidays.
  • Work in a transparent, friendly team with no micromanagement.
  • Your creativity is valued, and your ideas will be implemented in our collaborative environment.
