Responsibilities
Review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal company policies, solicitation requirements, and address deviations.
Assess input, document from proposal team members, and advise for sufficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Program Management Office (PMO), Compliance, or HR, on specific proposals and portfolio processes.
Interface with client and internal auditors and provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate company regulations.
Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate.
Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience with pricing, finance or related field
Experience with pricing, including pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications
Ability to develop or deliver price strategy presentations or analyses
Ability to contribute to price proposals
Ability to communicate solicitation requirements
HS diploma or GED
