This is a exciting and dynamic role focused on expanding RNID’s reach, amplifying our impact, and strengthening our ability to drive meaningful change through strategic corporate and brand partnerships. You'll collaborate across our four strategic programs—Inclusion, Health, Employment, and Biomedical Research and other teams—to create partnerships that make a real difference.

For example, you might work with partners to introduce our hearing check to new audiences or engage music lovers in protecting their hearing. Every partnership you develop will help us reach more people and create lasting change.

As our Corporate Partnerships Manager - (Strategic Programmes) you will:

  • Collaborate with internal teams - Understand strategic programme needs and explore how partnerships can maximise impact and strengthen RNID’s reach and influence.
  • Develop innovative partnership opportunities - Identify and create new collaborations that align with RNID’s strategic priorities, delivering measurable impact and mutual value.
  • Secure strategic corporate support - Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with corporate partners to expand RNID’s influence and drive sustainable impact.
  • Manage and optimise partnerships - Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximise the value of partnerships and identify additional opportunities for growth.

Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in partnership development, either in the charity sector or brand and marketing environment.
  • Experience managing relationships across diverse teams and external stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • A track record of successfully developing and delivering strategic, brand-focused, or Gift-in-Kind partnerships.
