Positionstitel: Sales Manager Nordics (m/f/d)

Location: Remote (Sweden)


Your mission


As a Sales Manager Nordics, you will directly report to the Territory Manager Nordics of GoodWe Europe GmbH. You will be the key contact point for our customers in Nordics and play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the country.


Your main responsibilities


  • Identify and seize sales opportunities in Nordics following the company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers.
  • Actively drive sales engagement and strategies aimed at specific customers.
  • Maintain relationships with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to establish GoodWe as a preferred supplier and partner for power conversion electronics in their projects.
  • Forecast and review sales results regularly to ensure established targets are met; and take corrective action as needed.
  • Support the product management teams in defining and improving the product portfolio in the designated markets by regularly gathering feedback from customers and business partners and closely monitoring the industrial trends.
  • Implement the GoodWe brand strategy aligned with company objectives to fortify GoodWe's market presence in the designated countries.


Your Profile


  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strongly networked in the renewable energy industry, preferably in the PV industry.
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent customer relationship management.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience, such as a professional electrician or an electrical engineering role (preferred). Alternatively, a commercial degree with high technical affinity.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with products in the photovoltaic industry in Nordics, preferably inverters.
  • Strong multicultural competence.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
