What will you do?

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products/services. You will:

Make outbound calls primarily to existing or past customers upselling additional services.
Sell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Home phone, Programming and TV services
Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs
Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have

Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
Experience following a script
The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
Equipment is provided however you will be required to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working - WIFI is not compatible
