Our Digital Transformation is gaining pace, leveraging technology and business improvement approaches to drive innovation, improve service quality, and reduce costs.
That's why our Digital Operations team is looking for an experienced Project Manager, with a strong ability to connect technology and business teams, to join us and drive forward ERP implementation for one of our internal departments.
You'll be a part of a global team, supported for growth by a Senior Manager and TMF Business Academy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Manage ERP Project Plans: Create and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure milestones are achieved throughout the ERP implementation.
Prepare Steering Committee Reports: Create and present comprehensive updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and visibility into ERP project status and challenges.
Manage ERP Financials: Oversee the project’s financials, including cost management and benefits tracking, and provide regular reports on performance versus the business case.
Coordinate Project Resourcing: Manage and allocate resources from Operations, Technology, Business teams, and external vendors to support successful ERP delivery.
Bridge Technology and Business Teams: Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals. Translate complex technical aspects of the ERP system into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and understanding.
Develop Transition Plans for Post-Implementation: Lead the creation of a comprehensive plan to transition the ERP system into business-as-usual operations, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.
Support Change Management: Collaborate with leaders to implement change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system across the organization and align with technical milestones.
5+ years experience managing projects, especially related to ERP implementation, in a global environment
Experience working across a matrix organization, with the involvement of various team leads, and technical resources, as well as working with external vendors
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and spoken English
