Business Support & Middleware Technician

Funciones:

The candidate will join the IT&Facilities Department as Business Support and Middleware Technician. The main responsibilities will be:

- Level 1-2 support task, IT equipment platform and stock management (always supported by remote team). 
- Knowledge of middleware support and business tools (CRM Dynamics, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Corporative Excel and VBA based templates, PowerBi, ...)

Requisitos:

- Windows Server Management
- Linux Server Management (Debian, Suse, RedHat, Ubuntu)
- Experience with 365 environment management (ENTRA ID, Intune, Sharepoint, Exchange,Defender, ...)
- Experience wiht virtualization environment management (VMware, XEN, HyperV)
- Basic knowledge in networking (Cisco, Fortigate)
- Deployments of new systems and services
- Middleware and business tools support knowledge (CRM Dynamics, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Corporative Templates based on excel and VBA, PowerBi, ...)
- Troubleshoting
- Execution of preventive maintenance plans.
- IT/ hardware stock management
- Help and support management for users.
