Our advanced, dedicated networks are also supporting the management of critical data and content for connected devices including smart TVs and smart meters for water, gas and electricity.
Location We operate a flexible, hybrid working environment with the candidate required to travel to either our Winchester, London or Huddersfield office up to twice a month.

Key Accountabilities
Ensure effective and efficient execution of the Technical Release Management processes across Arqiva.
Contribute to the development of Technical Release Management (TRM) processes within Arqiva, aligned to the Arqiva values and supports all ITIL processes and activities
Manage and control the administration of the Release notes for the UIT and Production environments in line with the TRM process and procedures.
Create and manage Service Now records that track releases and relate affected changes and configuration items
Ensure the Technical Change Management Team is informed of any Release activity in the live environment and that the relevant change requests relating to releases are raised.
Populate Customer change request forms in line with customer and internal process.
Attend the Change Advisory Board (CAB) when requested by the Technical Release Manager to represent Technical Release Management for any planned activities in the UIT and Prod Environments
Work closely with Technical support groups, specialists and business stakeholders to ensure validation of submitted releases and acceptance criteria for each release is met
Provide a point of contact for day-to-day queries from the Platform Implementation team, IT and Networks team, project managers and work-stream leads
Provide the Asset and Configuration team with the data to update the CMDB following any rollouts or upgrades by way of a work order creation in the Service Management tool
Provide reporting and communication to relevant stakeholders at a frequency appropriate to the scale or impact of the release
Produce reports as defined by the Technical Release Manager to show performance measures on the effectiveness and efficiency of Technical Release Management
Act on behalf of and represent Technical Release Management in the absence of the Technical Release Manager
Required
Required Expertise
Qualifications ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundation certificate
Experience working in an ITIL Release or Change management environment
Good understanding of the ITIL release management process
Able to build relationships with technical and process teams at customers and suppliers
Strong customer service skills
Calm and measured approach to fulfilling process requirements whilst meeting tight and ever changing deadlines
Required Technical / Professional Skillset(s)
Good understanding of the ITIL release management process and its benefit to service operations
Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
