What will your job look like?

• Working closely with technical leads and client teams to fully demonstrate the benefits of cloud technology
• Helping to build & introduce clients to automated delivery pipelines (CI/CD)
• Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions in line with industry best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines, leading the migration of enterprise clients to hyper-scale cloud providers.
• Help guide the strategic direction of infrastructure and application architectures and gain buy-in with senior executives
• Presenting case studies and cloud solutions at meetups, conferences and technology events
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to your teams
  
  

All you need is...

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise Cloud Transformation and teams
• Strong working knowledge of driving and architecting large-scale, secure, and high-availability solutions for public cloud environments
• Strong experience collaborating with stakeholders to deliver architectural solutions
• A strong understanding of public cloud security principles and adhering to enterprise compliance standards
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, security, and high-availability solutions
• Experience with containerization and virtualization platforms, as well as container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Experience writing automation scripts with Python, Powershell, Ruby, NodeJS, Go or other
• Broad architectural knowledge of how cloud infrastructure comes together with a rounded appreciation of technologies and approaches (Distributed or Microservice Architecture, Event Driven Architecture).
• Experience implementing enterprise applications at scale, including N-tier or multi-platform applications
• Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) tools such as Jenkins, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy Atlassian Stack or other
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud provisioning tools such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Experience in preparing and presenting technical material to a variety of audiences
• Experience working in Agile project delivery teams
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in the financial services sector
• Database experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or other
• Experience with more than one public cloud provider such as GCP and/or Azure
• Professional and/or Specialty level AWS certifications
