Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts with medium impact and complexity.
- Provide customer education/consultation on standards, regulations, or audit process.
- Manage requests for new product certifications and provide maintenance and revision services for existing clients and certified products.
- Identify and provide input on process improvement opportunities.
- Manage and maintain documentation and database systems for assigned clients and products.
- Meet turn-around-time, revenue and project management metrics as assigned.
- Perform equipment evaluations as required.
- Travel to regional clients (Italy-Northern mainly) and NSF EMEA Headquarters in Belgium when needed.
Qualifications
- Higher degree, Engineering preferred
- Fluent in Italian and English is a must, written and spoken. Other European languages are an important asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a must.
- Experience managing high profile clients and/or key account management preferred.
- Able to handle multiple complex projects at the same time
- Aptitude to work autonomously and rigorously
- Relevant experience or knowledge of Product Certification is an asset.
- Strong interest for Technical aspect will be needed for this position
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel.
- Experience in TIC Industry and technical understanding of commercial food equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of NSF Food Equipment Standards is helpful, but not required.
- Working remote with frequent travel to customer (Italy)
