Senior Project Engineer - Food Equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts with medium impact and complexity.
• Provide customer education/consultation on standards, regulations, or audit process.
• Manage requests for new product certifications and provide maintenance and revision services for existing clients and certified products.
• Identify and provide input on process improvement opportunities.
• Manage and maintain documentation and database systems for assigned clients and products.
• Meet turn-around-time, revenue and project management metrics as assigned.
• Perform equipment evaluations as required.
• Travel to regional clients (Italy-Northern mainly) and NSF EMEA Headquarters in Belgium when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Higher degree, Engineering preferred
• Fluent in Italian and English is a must, written and spoken. Other European languages are an important asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a must.
• Experience managing high profile clients and/or key account management preferred.
• Able to handle multiple complex projects at the same time
• Aptitude to work autonomously and rigorously
• Relevant experience or knowledge of Product Certification is an asset.
• Strong interest for Technical aspect will be needed for this position
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel.
• Experience in TIC Industry and technical understanding of commercial food equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of NSF Food Equipment Standards is helpful, but not required.
• Working remote with frequent travel to customer (Italy)
