What you will be doing

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Designing user interface elements and re-usable patterns for data presentation and core application features
• Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look like
• Crafting original projects and designs to engage our customer's journeys
• Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identifying and troubleshooting usability and accessibility problems to improve our User experience maturity
• Improving our design system and being an advocate for its use by the entire organisation
• Creating design documentation of prepared projects
• Working closely with the design team to iterate and improve the product’s value to our clients
• Creating design requirements related to the needs of the product and Product Owners
• Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release
• Articulating concepts/ideas through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes

We are looking for individuals with

• 3+ years of experience in designing experiences for commercial applications
• Strong design thinking and decision-making skills
• Portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate a wide variety of implemented design tools
• Advanced skills in Figma, including experience crafting components for an internal design system
• Experience in conducting usability testing and measuring project usability
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
• Possibility to visit our HQ in Kraków when necessary (usually once a month)

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products, ideally BigData/Marketing Automation/Marketplaces
