Senior SAP MDM In-house Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany; remote, Spain; remote, Greece

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDM In-house Consultant MDM (m/f/d) specializing in Master Data Management (MDM) to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Retail or Fashion E-Commerce. You will play a key role in enabling our own SAP MDM solutions and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Your responsibilities

• Development, configuration and design of the MDM roadmap to our current S/4 HANA Digital Core solution and subsequently supervision the delivery of the planned solutions in integration with any peripheral application systems.
• As an MDM Expert, you will support regular operations and change requests, while providing technical expertise.
• Contribute to the development of lean solution architecture, while reviewing and verifying any software or data modelling design to ensure security and scalability.
• Optimize pricing accuracy and manage promotions, discounts, and dynamic pricing within SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MDM issues, delivering high-quality solutions and support.
• Promotion of Master Data Governance best-practices within the organization and support process and change management.
  
  
  

Your qualification

• At least 7+ years of sound operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA MDM with in-depth knowledge in core data objects including: Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment and any subsequent data distribution methods.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDM/MDG with a focus on pricing, product information management, and customer data.
• Very strong understanding of tech & business processes in the domain of SAP X-functional master data management.
• Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions - previous project experience in retail, e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus.
• Proven functional consulting experience with process-oriented mindset paired with fluent English communication skills.
