The BestSecret Curated Platform (Marketplace) is a robust, professionally managed and system supported value proposition to brands. You will be part of the team defining and running Marketplace Operations, but also work closely with the Acquisition and Partner Management team as well as the Tech teams. The role is needed asap.

Your Responsibilities

Support the onboarding team in successfully adding brands and products.
Support our brands directly together with our supply team. Consult them about using our marketplace to drive joined business growth.
Support developing business and operational KPIs and own reporting routines/dashboards.

Your Qualifications

A student in the final steps of bachelor's program or master's program in business-related studies.
First work experience in an e-commerce or marketplace environment is a plus.
Ability to define product features and processes based on a vision and strategy, respectively analyze, improve, and refine existing functions and processes.
Experience in working together with agile development teams.
Enjoying hands-on work and diving deep to drive impact, but still following a structured analytical approach.
Data-driven mindset always seeking to improve things.
communication skills in English and German (both fluent).
