Our client is an innovative fintech company transforming the global transfer agency landscape. Their mission is to modernise legacy systems, reduce operational inefficiencies, and drive industry-leading innovation through cutting-edge technology.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced European Product Manager to lead the development and management of their offshore transfer agency product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of market-leading solutions in the financial services sector.

As the preferred applicant, you will take a lead with the following:

Product Development:

Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to product design, development, and testing.
Ensure product features are innovative, industry-compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Market Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
Use insights to inform product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather feedback and define product requirements.
Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with evolving customer and market demands.

Product Roadmap:

Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, prioritising features based on business goals, customer feedback, and available resources.
Communicate progress and updates to senior leadership and relevant teams.

Product Training & Documentation:

Create comprehensive training materials and product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a transfer agency or fund management environment.

Deep understanding of transfer agency products, services, and operational processes.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Analytical mindset with a talent for translating complex needs into actionable product specifications.

Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
