Responsibilities
The Sales Process Specialist (SPS) is responsible for supporting multiple sales districts in the Western US region, focused on growing new Keysight hardware and software solutions business. In this role, the SPS is required to have a deep understanding of internal processes, systems, and tools for their functional area over the entire duration of the end-to-end sales cycle. In addition, they will support several global account managers with customized reporting to track historical and forward-looking metrics on overall account health. Other areas of support may include data research and analysis, tool management, sales and customer reporting/metrics, CRM application assistance, managing escalations, and complex problem resolution. The SPS position is for energetic and results driven individuals with responsibilities for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and acting as a liaison with Industry Solution Teams, business center representatives, Solution Engineers, Account Managers, and other internal entities to provide or gather information.
- Assistance where necessary on purchase order booking, sales order acknowledgement, delivery escalations, delivery tracking and confirmation, order corrections, invoice discrepancies, software entitlements, and general order problem resolution.
- Regularly produces or assists with production of sales reports and analytics.
- Compile, update, and maintain global customer reports with historical order data, funnel metrics, and customized pivots/charts.
- Determines and develops approaches to SPS assignments and processes.
- Mentor and train new and existing account managers on Salesforce, quoting, and best practices in utilizing available sales resources, tools, and systems.
- Coordinates monthly funnel reviews and ensures compliance to funnel hygiene directives across supported districts.
Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience supporting customer facing workforce.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a focus on timely and accurate deliverables.
- Skilled in Salesforce, MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maximize business results and create growth opportunities.
- Effective at working remotely with a national team (phone, email, web chat).

Colorado pay range: MIN $54,270.00, MIDPOINT $72,350.00 - MAX $90,440.00
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
