Professional Services Project Manager | EDI

EDI Project Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating the delivery of Epicor EDI New Implementation and Add-On Projects. Key responsibilities include creation of EDI project plans, coordination of resources, ensuring successful execution by driving timely incremental activity against implementation milestones throughout the project lifecycle. We are seeking applicants with excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and superior communication and collaboration abilities. Experience that may set applicants apart include prior Professional Services project management and/or PMP Certification.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate and monitor activities of projects and client engagements, from inception to installation.
• Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists);
• and use these deliverables to execute all project activities.
• Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope.
• Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed upon requirements.
• Certify that sufficient resources and funding are available for executing project activities.
• Conduct weekly customer status calls and responds to client requests/questions in a
• timely manner, escalating issues and recommended solutions.
• Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for ad hoc projects and medium sized projects.

• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
• Manages expectations and establishes solid working relationships through the management level
• May work at client site from time to time.

What Could Set You Apart

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 2+ years project management and industry experience preferred
• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• PMP Certification preferred

Range

Minimum: $60,000.00 USD Maximum: $140,000.00 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
