What You’ll Do

As a Customer Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of ETQ’s existing customers by driving engagement and adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ETQ’s solutions to meet customer goals.
  • Ensure customer success by working closely with support, implementation, and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ETQ product enhancements to provide expert guidance to customers.

Must-Have Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software).
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align them with ETQ’s solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), compliance, or manufacturing industries.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and renewal processes.
  • Experience working in customer success teams within an enterprise software company.
