ServiceNow Developer ITOM/ITAM
$130-160k DOE
Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a ServiceNow Developer that has detailed experience in ITOM/ITOM. This full-time role that can be remote if based on the East Coast.

Having knowledge of other specific areas of ServiceNow will be key for this role. This role will require comprehensive skills in software development.

Ideally you have worked in a consultancy or IT services company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM.
Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Customize and enhance workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other development elements.
Maintain system integrations and data imports using REST and SOAP APIs.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience working as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow development tools.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and experience with API integrations.
Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist in related modules.
Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.
