Project Manager - ERP Implementation & Optimization

Overview:
My client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a critical ERP implementation and optimization project. The ideal candidate will serve as the internal advocate, ensuring the successful delivery of the project and aligning objectives across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the ERP implementation and optimization process, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, overseeing communication and coordination with external consultants.
Manage the project's timeline, resources, and budget, proactively addressing any risks or challenges.
Develop detailed project plans, progress reports, and updates for senior leadership.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed through effective communication.
Champion best practices in project management and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Provide support and guidance to internal teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of the new system.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing complex ERP implementation projects.
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially working with senior leadership and external consultants.
Familiarity with ERP functionalities, particularly in financials and order management, is highly beneficial.
Ability to identify risks and develop proactive solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Additional Information:
This is a contract-based position requiring 20-30 hours per week.
