With our client, a fast-growing company leading the development of an AI-native system that extracts actionable insights from large volumes of market, trend, retail, and customer data, we are looking for an AI & ML Engineer to join their team.

Salary: 140-160 PLN net+VAT/h

Location: 100% remote

Requirements

Proficiency in working with generative video models.
Proven experience in designing and deploying custom AI models.
Knowledge of tools and libraries used for AI model development.
Experience with generative algorithms and tools.
Understanding of AI techniques applied in video generation.
Ability to integrate diverse AI tools into a cohesive ecosystem, requiring expertise in technologies like APIs, microservices, and cloud solutions.
Capability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
Ability to build and lead a team in the future.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing expertise with others.

Responsibilities

Developing a generative video model, with the potential for expanding into image and large language models (LLMs) thereafter.
Bringing together various generative AI tools into a single platform, enabling the seamless creation of consistent GAI-driven content instead of isolated images or videos.
Leveraging expertise in generative video models to drive innovation and functionality.
Creating and implementing dedicated AI models tailored to specific needs.
