Job description

Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects.


We are looking for a Workday Business Analyst to join our client's international team working on Apple device applications and systems. The role involves supporting global HR projects, optimizing HR and Payroll processes, and implementing solutions based on industry best practices.


Salary: 140-180 PLN net+VAT/h

Seniority: senior

Location: 100% remote

Working hours: The role requires availability to work in the USA time zone (min. 30h per week)

Project duration: Until the end of 2025 (with possibility of extension into 2026)


Requirements

  • 5–7 years as a Business Analyst.
  • 7+ years of experience with Core HCM and Payroll systems, including Benefits, Time & Attendance, Leaves, Integrations, and Payroll Processing.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools and hybrid project management environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCBA or Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Integrations.
  • Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with business acumen, capable of driving change and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams to streamline requirements and reduce risks.
  • Identifying and addressing HR operational and technology challenges.
  • Building trustful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and improving business processes and systems.
  • Monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborating on process definition and documentation.
  • Leading user acceptance testing and ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Managing multiple projects and resources efficiently.
  • Evaluating workflows to identify and implement improvements.
  • Recommending business process enhancements and resolving issues.
  • Critically analyzing information to address true business needs.
