Who are we looking for?

Currently, for our client in the fintech industry, we are looking for a key role: Programme Manager in Asset & Configuration Management. If you have experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM, and IT process automation, this could be a great opportunity for you

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing IT asset and configuration management processes within the European Home Credit business. Your key responsibility is to ensure that all IT systems, software, and hardware components are properly identified, documented, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

This role involves direct project management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) implementation within the IT Service Management tool, as well as the establishment of policies and processes for IT asset management post-implementation.

This is a critical role in ensuring IT system consistency, integrity, and compliance with EU regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in IT.
Hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and CMDB tools (preferably ServiceNow).
Experience integrating CMDB tools with IT Asset Management systems.
Knowledge of cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IT asset management.
ITIL v4 certification (preferred).
Experience working in international environments and managing distributed teams.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly with senior management.
Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Self-driven and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset and decision-making based on data.
Ability to manage priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
