This Position:
Our client, a manufacturing and chemical company, is seeking an experienced employment litigation attorney to assist with some overflow work. This attorney will need to have experience in employment litigation, commercial/contract disputes, and strong knowledge of federal and state (Florida/Georgia focus) civil procedures, especially with federal civil procedures. This attorney must have litigated in federal court and be familiar with drafting and reviewing litigation documents for outside counsel. The ideal candidate is located in EST or CST timezone, is someone who is committed, and can roll up their sleeves and dive into the work.
This is an ASAP start. 20-40 hours/week and fully remote with potential travel 1-3 times/month. The client has a preference for candidates in the Central and East Coast regions, but not required. The duration of this project is 6 months with potential to extend.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $110 and $116. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
