Role: Security Engineer - Windows

VASS France, is currently seeking an Expert Security Engineer - Windows to work mainly remotely for our client in Strasbourg.

The role:

Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, and PKI infrastructure.

Implement security best practices for AD and PKI to ensure compliance and reliability.

Automate system administration tasks using Ansible for configuration management.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server, authentication, and certificates.

Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to enhance identity and access management.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

You have:

Proven experience as a Windows System Engineer/Administrator.

Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policies, and PKI.

Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.

Solid understanding of Windows Server administration and security best practices.

Knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, SAML) is a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
