Job Title: Senior Consultant / Senior Functional Business Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA EPPM Modules
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $85+/hr. depending on experience (W2 – rate is negotiable depending on experience)
Jefferson Wells is partnering with one of our top clients to identify a Senior Consultant for a long-term engagement. Incumbent will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and our client’s system integrator during an SAP S/4 HANA implementation
Responsibilities
Support the analysis, design, and implementation of the EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management) modules, including Project Systems.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the system integrator to configure the SAP S/4 HANA system.
Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SAP S/4 HANA.
Provide expert guidance on EPPM module functionality, configuration, and best practices.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to gather requirements, explain system functionality, and set realistic expectations.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for business users to ensure effective adoption of the new system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design an optimal future state utilizing SAP S/4 HANA.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the EPPM modules during and after implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, with a focus on EPPM modules.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP EPPM modules, including Project Systems.
Strong understanding of business processes related to project management and portfolio management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in EPPM modules.
Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO).
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4 HANA Cloud.
