The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Track and execute operational initiatives for ongoing maintenance updates, ensuring continued quality of active projects.
Collaborate closely with performance and developer teams for ongoing performance optimization efforts across projects.
Monitor all bug tickets and tasks alongside QA and developers to ensure timely fixes and closures.
Regularly assess active projects to ensure they operate as expected and flag any issues to key stakeholders.
Play an active role in various testing phases, ensuring QA and performance best practices are implemented throughout.
What's Needed?
3+ years of experience working in the games and/or entertainment industries.
Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets, Salesforce, Jira, and/or other productivity tools.
Experience working directly with third-party content developers.
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in game design or computer science, though relevant experience is prioritized.
