Job description

Our client is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Global Procurement Organization supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Communications Specialist

Location: Remote

What's the Job?

  • Develop and advise on multi-channel communication plans for small projects, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Execute communication plans effectively using modern channels.
  • Write and copy-edit content for digital channels, targeting internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Manage and develop SharePoint sites, utilizing all M365 products including OneDrive, Forms, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and Eloqua for communication strategies; HTML skills are a plus.


What's Needed?

  • Approximately 7-10 years of experience in communications.
  • Proven ability to meet milestones and manage tight deadlines while handling multiple projects.
  • Experience in the IT industry is beneficial, with additional value for procurement experience.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Creative and critical thinking abilities, with a commitment to continuous learning.
