Job description

Our client is seeking a Program Activation Manager to join their team. As a Program Activation Manager, you will be part of the Executive Talent Solutions (ETS) team supporting the Executive and Board Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Plan and oversee program delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a key collaborator to PMs, PCs and the Leadership Central team.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication plans for programs to enhance engagement and participation.
  • Manage and update key platforms like SharePoint, Leadership Central, and the Development Catalog to ensure content is accurate and current.


What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management and program delivery, with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, as well as project management methodologies.
