Job description

Our client, a world-renowned healthcare organization, is seeking an IT Project Administrator to join their team. As an IT Project Administrator, you will be part of the IT department supporting all phases of project management for implementing technology solutions that support the mission of our client. This position is contract-to-hire and can be remote, however, you must be able to support EST time zone.

Job Title: IT Project Administrator

Location: Baltimore, Maryland (Remote)

What's the Job?

  • Support all phases of IT project management for implementing technology solutions that support the mission of our client
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders


What's Needed?

  • 2-3 years of IT project management experience, ideally within software development focused projects of medium to large complexity
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
