Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Tender Architect in the Digital Power Systems Strategic Segments Team. This position is responsible for power systems solution support with an emphasis in digital connected applications. The primary focus is solution support in complex projects within the Semiconductor, eMobility, Microgrid, Healthcare and Industrial segments as well as projects in certain Federal Government departments/agencies.
This position is accountable for the development and preparation of tenders for technical projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet project specifications while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will understand customer needs and develop complex hardware and software solutions while providing consultative support to sales teams to drive more project wins.
Locations: Preferred to be near a Hub Office and work a hybrid schedule.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640.00 - $120,960.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
