SAIC has an opening for a Senior System Administrator. This position may be remote anywhere in the US for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Performs day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for exchange operating systems and servers.
Supports requests for special mailbox types and troubleshooting.
Supports the patching cycles and updates.
Works under general direction on routine work.
May receive detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Follows established procedures.
Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy.
Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Monitors and perform service ticket troubleshooting and resolution.
Participating in on call support is required.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or a master's degree and 3+ years of experience. An additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must be a US Citizen.
Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Email exchange 2016-2019 administration and knowledge
Desired
Previous Service Now service desk experience.
Experience with Microsoft M365.
