We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our commercial strategies and activities. This key role will focus on boosting sales performance, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting the business’s services. You will ensure sales and marketing meet both short-term and long-term targets, delivering quality business to achieve company goals.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide guidance to sales team members, helping them build a robust pipeline and achieve sales goals. Collaborate with team members on creating strategies to close deals and improve overall performance.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, helping to shape the company’s sales strategy.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Support in maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain sales documentation, including sales reports, client communications, and performance tracking. Prepare regular presentations for internal stakeholders on sales progress.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Business or related departments.
  • Possessing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A foundational understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exposure to market research and competitive analysis with an ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales challenges, find creative solutions, and work collaboratively to drive results.
