The SVP / VP of Quality Assurance at Korn Ferry Digital is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational execution of quality assurance efforts within the Korn Ferry Talent Suite. This role involves managing globally distributed quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with business and customer needs. The SVP / VP will work closely with other senior leaders to ensure cohesion across digital products and services, focusing on optimizing QA processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a quality assurance strategy to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and drive innovation within Korn Ferry Digital.
  • Oversee embedded and cross functional QA teams in delivering high-impact solutions that meet customer and market needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between different quality assurance areas, partnering with other senior leaders to maintain consistency in processes and standards across the company.
  • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams and auditors to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and learning to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies.
  • Represent QA initiatives to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements and strategic direction.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality assurance leadership roles, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, compliance auditing, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience managing and mentoring QA teams, with a focus on professional development and team cohesion.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional, global, teams.
  • Adaptability and tolerance for ambiguity.
  • A strong need for achievement and persistence in the face of obstacles.
  • Collaboration and team-building skills, with a focus on shared objectives and interdependence.

Peferrened Qualifications

  • Experience in HR technology or talent management solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s in information technology or relevant educational program.

Salary Range

$200,000.00 - $230,000.00

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
