The objective of this position is to support the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its supporting systems for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The WMS and its family of systems are integral to J&J’s ability to service its customers and patients. The Network supports over $13 Billion in sales annually. This role acts as the key connection point between operations and IT tying the tactical day to day needs to strategic priorities using People, Process, Automation, and Technology to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans and leading our partners to ensure on-time and on budget delivery of all items.
Maintain in partnership with the Operations, and the 3PL teams a Concept of Operations on how the DC will use key systems including but not limited to the WMS, WCS, LMS among other ancillary systems.
Ensure all WMS processes and related functionality meet the Concept of Operations and all applicable Johnson & Johnson Quality, GxP, IAPP, and security guidelines.
Work multi-functionally to ensure validation of systems in accordance with current GxP/SDLC processes and requirements.
Act as SME for Systems and Operations to define future functionality and enhancements.
Partner with Internal and External customers to define critical test scenarios and validation criteria to ensure perfect deliveries and uninterrupted systems availability.
Effectively communicate multi-functionally with both internal and external partners and leadership, status for key initiatives, project achievements, risks and opportunities
Handle risks optimally, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate.
Coordinate response to tactical support issues affecting the systems landscape to minimize impact and improve service to our patients.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems or Business preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum four (4) years of related distribution operations experience
Minimum three (3) years of WMS management, maintenance, or implementation experience
Experience constructing, implementing, and maintaining Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations)
Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.
Proven track record to work multi-functionally.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data and process accuracy and integrity.
Preferred:
Medical Device sector/industry experience
Experience in Ethicon, Endo &CSS Supply Chain processes
E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations
Experience in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes
Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Project Management Experience
Agile or Water Fall SDLC Methodology knowledge and experience.
Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certifications
Other:
Ability to travel 5-25%* or more of the time (project key points) , domestic required.
Position located in Memphis, TN with consideration for other locations
The anticipated salary range for this role is $91,000-147,200 & $105,000- 169,050 if you live in the CA Bay Area.
The company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
