Our Corporate office is looking for a Workday Business Analyst/Project Manager to work closely with the Workday Product Lead, Workday Functional Leads and business partners to gain in-depth understanding of stakeholder’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmaps, and the details in which the business is working. The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving frictionless service by translating business needs from feature conceptualization into requirements that can be processed by vendors and technical experts, and in planning/tracking the completion of prioritized initiatives.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $73,00.00- $93,000.00 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus plan / an annual corporate bonus / participation in the Company equity program. Primary Job Functions
Support Agile and/or Large-Scale Workday Initiatives
Track large Workday initiatives to ensure timely resolution; may run ongoing weekly touch points between business leads, Workday leads and IT leads
Conduct the gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements for new and future functionality within the Workday modules and other strategic Core Enterprise tools
Assist in discussions between functional leads, business and technology team members to support efficient communication and delivery
Collaborate with Stakeholders and Product Owner to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices to prioritize based on highest business value; assist with JIRA administration to mature Agile across the firm
Assist Workday Team Lead and Workday Functional Leads in better understanding technical requirements prior to passing over finalized acceptance criteria to IT, Workday Architects, and Developers
Assist with the User Acceptance Testing process for all business partners and vendors, to ensure expected requirements are working as expected
Coordinate, prepare and execute communications and training efforts related to the HR/Finance Workday system and related process changes, including coordination of leadership forums, employee newsletters or alerts, informational sites and manuals, training curriculum, and other related assets
Change Management
Proactively provide input to improve the change management strategy that will ensure effective and efficient communications based on audience/objectives
Collaborate across Workday support team and HR/Finance function to develop and execute communication plans, sponsorship maps, training plans and resistance management plans
Measure effectiveness of communication and training to identify improvement opportunities
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance information system management
Minimum 2 years in training, communications or change management role
Workday experience preferred
Strong Agile and traditional project skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills, and communication skills.
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly and effectively
High degree of confidentiality
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Exceptional writing skills and creative outlook with strong attention to detail, editing and tone
Works independently and can provide high quality solutions
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as a individual contributor is $66,460 to $102,700
