Description

Search Atlas Group is a fast-growing SaaS organization dedicated to empowering businesses worldwide by providing advanced digital marketing tools and SEO solutions. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a versatile and self-sufficient Recruiter to help us propel our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Track ongoing hiring needs for the overall company, reporting to the Director of People Operations.
  • Source, screen and interview potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews through Zoom.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers + support second round interviews.
  • Send offer letters.
  • Adapt to the role as needed.

Requirements

  • At least two years experience with talent acquisition.
  • Technical recruiting experience. You have led technical coding interviews and feel comfortable recruiting for developers, engineers and all sorts of product related roles!
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Highly organized - you’re the most organized person you know!
