About Us

Search Atlas Group is a fast-growing SaaS organization dedicated to empowering businesses worldwide by providing advanced digital marketing tools and SEO solutions. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a versatile Chief of Staff to work closely with our Founders and leadership team to optimize business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of our growth plans.

The Role

As our Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic right-hand to the Founders, ensuring that priorities are executed efficiently and that the organization runs smoothly. This role requires a high level of business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to align teams with the company’s vision and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize business processes to support scalability, ensuring alignment with EOS principles.
• Partner with the Founders to define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap,
• Work across departments to break down silos, improve communication, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor key business metrics and drive accountability across teams to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
• Oversee high-priority projects, ensuring initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
• Lead weekly SLT meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and other EOS-driven processes to maintain momentum and focus.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to help the Founders make informed strategic decisions.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve business performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff or similar with a focus on business operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and experience implementing EOS processes in a scaling business.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing and driving results.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset, with a focus on execution and driving continuous improvement.
