WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Nike Global Women’s Training team is a diverse, inclusive, innovative, and passionate team. Our role is to serve our training consumer by driving distinct style and innovation across the marketplace. We do this by leading and delivering consumer right product excellence.

You will report to the Product Director for Women’s Training Core Apparel and will work closely with the Product Line Manager II, and other Product Line Managers who work on the Women’s Training apparel business. You will work closely with your key triad partners: Design, Merchandising + Technical Development. In addition to working with your triad partners to bring product to life, you will work with Materials/Trims teams, Brand, Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Finance along the product journey.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Product Line Manager for our Women’s Training Apparel, focusing on Nike One. This individual needs to have a proven ability to work cross functionally to architect and execute long life cycle franchise roadmaps and seasonal assortments, create market-defining products, and build break-through product strategies to grow the Nike One franchise. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities while embracing the volatility which can come with working in a highly matrixed organization, leading high-visibility projects. This individual will drive all facets of the product creation process for our Women’s Training Nike One product. This individual will lead a cross functional team, bringing excellent communication skills, strong strategic competence, and creative problem-solving to this high-profile role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

  • 4-6 years of experience in a product-related role

  • Strong product creation and business acumen

  • Familiarity with the marketplace and key competitors

  • Intuition and passion for performance product

  • Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color and style

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • Understanding of apparel product construction and sourcing process

  • Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (Powerpoint/Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets

  • Ability to travel ~10-15% of the time

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be working daily with our design, development, brand and merchandising teams across multiple subject areas, to create compelling product for our training consumer. You will be a leader on the team, keeping projects on task and communicating regularly to both internal and external partners. You will:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop line plans and implement future product collection and franchise strategies

  • Create franchise roadmaps with lifecycles + reset cadences

  • Track overall progress and delivery in full and on time

  • Drive team collaboration and a one team mindset.
